Service means the courses and related materials offered by EduVault Studio on eduvault.bond.
User means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
Content means all course materials, text, audio, video, and assessments available through the Service.
Enrollment means a purchase or access grant for one or more modules.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract and comply with applicable laws to use the Service.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. License to use content
Upon Enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Content for your personal or organizational training purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly display Content without our permission.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing, or abusive behavior.
- No attempts to bypass security or access unauthorized areas.
- No scraping or automated extraction without consent.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed before purchase. Refunds are available within 14 days for unused modules. For started modules, contact support to find a fair resolution.
7. Disclaimers
We provide Content for educational purposes “as is.” We do not guarantee financial, professional, or other outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduVault Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected Enrollment during the 12 months before the claim.
9. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service and Content are reserved by EduVault Studio or its licensors.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will post the effective date above.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EduVault Studio operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
